What she likes: her four youngsters, chatting with guests and friends, and making herbal schnapps. Cheers!

Favourite place: The old Helmhaus refuge and the wonderful views over the Sesto Dolomites

Barbara in a few words: keeps on top of things, always willing to listen, can multitask

 

Fabian, sleeves rolled up and hands on

What he likes: the morning atmosphere, guests marvelling on a mountain bike tour, his bees, good wines, the peace and quiet of fishing, fine gins and casual banter at the bar (or anywhere else as you can find him anywhere in the hotel as he always has something to do).

Favourite place: the tranquil Casies Valley and its endless hiking possibilities

Moritz, Niklas und Samuel

What they like: Donuts; our own rabbits in the Hirben‘s garden; swimming in the 25-metre pool, entertaining guests. Moritz and Niklas are happy to help with serving, while Samuel always has a sweet smile and a cheerful “Hi there!” for everyone.

Favourite place: Grandpa‘s farm in the Braies Valley
