Directly – that’s how we like it. We don’t take the long way round, for example, when making purchases for our kitchen, or when we are addressing our guests' questions and requests. By working together directly as a team, with our partners and suppliers and, of course, with our guests. We are on first-name terms with many of them, simply because we have grown to like them. And because we see the Hirben as a place for people to meet, to develop and even to grow together.
And what in particular can you look forward to?
The Hirben is intended to be a place where you feel at home, as if among friends, where you can be yourself with no need to pretend. Where a joke and a chat over a cold beer is just as important as a firm handshake and an honest smile.
A place where people meet – not just with each other, but also with nature, gaining inspiration and savouring the joy of being. And it’s also intended as a place where you can reconnect with yourself – deeply.
