I am absolutely amazed about the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the people were super friendly, and the area was also beautiful. The food (dinner + breakfast) was highly delicious! The best part is that they are very dog-friendly and even have a special place/room in the restaurant so you can come there with your pet. I have never seen something like that in other hotels, and I find this idea incredible when you don't have to leave your pet alone in the room. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed in the hotel for five days and i can confidently say that it was lovely. Everyone was so kind and helped with everything we needed, the room was spacious and always clean. The spa was excellent and very relaxing the pool was great and the relaxation zone was perfect. The food was really great with the new menus everyday it was a mix of fancy and traditional food and very tasty. As for the location the train is very nearby and the driver will take you to the station whenever you call. 
Kronplatz and Sexten is very close and well connected. 
All in all we were very satisfied and would book again !

For our cycling holiday in Pustertal, we were looking for a B&B or apartment close to the cycling routes we had planned and ended up at HIRBEN where we rented the Ramus Suite including half board. The suite has a very good bed and more than enough space to store your clothes and belongings and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The breakfast is extensive (can't think of anything that wasn't there) with nice coffee and fresh tea. Dinner is also super delicious and you should definitely try the ice cream. We had asked in advance if there was room to safely store our bicycles and charge the e-bike. And yes, there is an incredibly large space to store bikes with plenty of sockets, a workbench and even bike tools were provided. Barbara and Fabian, together with the very friendly staff, made us feel at home in a quiet environment:
