We will fully adapt to your wishes: we can clean every day, every two days or halfway through your stay. Just as you prefer!
There are lovely, selected apartments for those holidaying with their dog, each offering an enclosed garden or a terrace.
Please bring your dog’s usual blanket or basket. Our beds, chairs and sofas are exclusively for the use of humans!
Your pet is welcome to join you in the separate area for dogs by the restaurant. Please book in advance. Dogs are not allowed access to the wellness area, swimming pool or sunbathing lawn.
There are wonderful walks that start directly from the hotel – so please don’t let your dog do its business in the garden – and above all don’t leave it lying around!
Dogs in Italy must be kept on a lead. Please also don’t forget your dog’s muzzle, which is compulsory when using public transport.
It often happens that matters turn out differently than expected and that your booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short.
The Italian Consumer Protection Code contains no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we offer you a right of cancellation in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. Should something unforeseen happen and you cannot take your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
> In the event of a no-show 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.
> Up to 14 days prior to arrival 70% of the accommodation price will be charged.
> From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 25% of the accommodation price (or your deposit) will be charged.
> Up to 30 days before arrival we will credit the deposit for an equivalent stay, to be taken within one year.
> In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take up your booking.
